The Role
The team are very welcoming, the week flew by and I want to now get a graduate job at Savills.
The team really friendly, went out for lunch once a week and very sociable.
Could ask questions whenever needed and if I did not understand someone would sit down and talk it through with me.
Given enough tasks to keep me going, but never overwhelmed. Mentor always checked I had enough work on.
I was given responsibility to write the main sections of reports and carry out research, someone senior would check over my work.
Twice weekly talks from different departments and HR teams taught about keys skills needed and personal development. Work carried out within the team developed my technical and practical knowledge.
The Company
Very social. The team is very talkative and friendly , which created a more relaxed work environment.
Given timetable at the start of the placement and an induction book. Given points of contact within HR if any issues arise. Mid-placement reviews with HR allows any issues to be settled.
Savills invest a high level into you and the focus is to want you to apply for the graduate scheme.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
I will be applying to the graduate scheme and after completing an internship the previous month with a similar employer, Savills is my number one choice for employment.
The Culture
Five other interns in my team and very social. Whatsapp group set up between interns to organise social outings.
Very well priced.
Central Manchester, so always a lot going on.
Always something going on each week.
