The Role
Very positive journey - full of rich experiences that allowed me to take on more than just my roles and responsibilities.
My colleagues from the very start, placed in me great trust and autonomy. I felt challenged and valued by contributing to a real piece of work.
My manager has throughout been my go to person and maintained a strong level of communication with me through weekly/regular 1:1s where I could seek her support in every regard
I was mostly busy but my projects did not involve a set deadline as a result of which the work could get slower, but I managed to reverse this by taking up other initiatives to remain challenged
A great level of responsibility
I have acquired a wide range of transferrable skills which i will be able to apply to my studies and work in future
The Company
The right balance between fun and work
Very well organised and structured
This involved the 2 day induction we recieved at the start as well as learning sessions organised over the course of the internship
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Still waiting on the decision but I will be more than willing to accept
The Culture
Friday drinks and farewell party - fab!
Expensive
Yes, quite a few which I tried to take up as much as possible
