The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed working at enterprise. Every day was unique and challenging in its own way and made the entire experience worthwhile.
I was a member of the team from day 1, I was given responsibility and a part of the team. I was valued as much as anyone else and felt as though I not only made work colleagues but friends as well.
We were given support not only from our direct manager, but our areas manager. I had easy access to all support teams I needed, and felt whatever I needed to achieve my goals, I was given without question.
You work hard at enterprise every day, no day is quiet enough to be bored there is always something to do, This is a good thing however, it means you learn and develop quickly with both job specific and general skills.
Youre treated as a full member of staff from day 1, however you get full support throughout the experience. Anything you want to learn or see enterprise facilitates that for you to the best of their ability.
I have learned a plethora of skills, from sales to customer service, administration to team building. The skills I have learned will assist me both in life and in my future working career. I have been extremely lucky to work at enterprise this summer and improved both my professional and personable skills.
The Company
The atmosphere was busy but enthusiastic. It did get stressful at points, but those were met with equally fun times. They take business seriously but they also make sure everyone enjoys the experience as well.
There was several opportunities of training throughout, they ensure you not only work hard but develop your skills, develop your personal brand and develop yourself.
They invest in meeting s with management, several training days, I also got to experience a training day with the accounts department of the head office of my area which was organized heavily by my branch to ensure I got the most of my placement.
Next year during university I'm a campus brand manager, and have the potential to come back and continue where I left of with my position when I finish next year.
The Culture
They organize charity days, and nights out for everyone.
