The Role
I was given autonomy over my work and exposure to lots of different parts of the business.
Fantastic support from colleagues and was involved from day one in social activities and general office banter.
Could not have been better with senior management keep to give me more work if I needed it and made sure I was performing well on important projects.
Could manage my own time and no pressure to display "face-time."
Very lucky to be given important work and with the support and backing of my team.
I am a poorly organised person, Mum keeps telling me! But this internship made sure I came up to scratch with time management and prioritise my work which has helped me tremendously now back at Uni.
The Company
Good atmosphere as people had a good sense of humor.
Very well organised with a lot of effort put in by HR.
Very surprised by how much time and effort was put into training an intern. This made me accept the offer after the internship as this stood out among most other companies I have worked for. This training is continuous and excellent.
Sports and Social Club
Very fluid in their employment prospects, as they want you to be in the right job which suits you.
The Culture
Depends how much you can take . . .
Quite expensive, however the company runs lots of quality networking events.
Pretty good and easy to get anywhere you like.
Yes, sports, random societies, a bit like Uni . . .
