  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • I was offered a brief instruction of my future tasks and the dept at the very first minute, which gave me a clear sight on what I was going to do next. And during the internship, my line manager kept talking with me to make sure I was haapy with the current assignment and she was always happy to change the task according to my appropriate requests.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • The bank offered us an excel class and a three day induction. I think th induction is helpful because it gave us an opportunity to know each other and keep in touch in the future. However the excel class, if it could be more business, to teach us more useful business use equation it would be better.
