The Role
Working at Citi was a great experience, definitely enjoyed my time. A distinct effort was made by my team to get me involved and challenged
Obviously it takes some time to break into the culture, but after a bit of time and team events I felt truly involved.
Great people to ask questions too, feedback was also useful. Just have to remember to never ask the same question twice and write everything down
Obviously in banking the workload is extremely variable so it is difficult to time up everything so you are always equally busy.
They like to challenge you and if you respond to the challenge they will up the next one. Might be a bit nerve racking but you will learn
I had one super star analyst that really assisted my learning he was always there to help me whenever necessary and was always keeping me involved

The Culture
Banking means not a lot of time for nightlife
