The Role
I loved working at my trust. The colleagues and stakehders played a big part in this.
I felt highly valued. My managers would constantly inform me of the good things im doing in order to.encourage me
My manager would persuade me to attend work shops in order to boost my knowledge in different areas within the trust.
The work i had kept me pretty occupied. Once i got the hang of things i was able to accomplish this farely quickly.
I had a big responsibility: advertising jobs for the trust. This was very pressurizing at first, after being trained on every aspect i felt comfortable.
The skills and knowkedge i have developed will help me with my degree qualification as it has provided me with a practical overview of the course
The Company
Very open, friendly and staff got along well with one another
