The Role
The experience was invaluable, diverse and enjoyable.
My team made me feel comfortable from day 1 and I can only wish for a team like them in the future of my career journey.
The support was superb. I was made to feel comfortable and confident if I was unsure of anything.
I was given full responsibility of projects from day one. This autonomy meant that I decided how to plan days, with the guidance of my manager, and meant I had a great work-life balance.
I was given full responsibility of a project, from end to end, setting up and attending meetings etc.
I definitely developed my communication and time Management skills as well as learn and developed my creative thinking skills.
The Company
The atmosphere was always fun and lively, there was a great positive vibe and everyone was always very friendly.
There were activities set up the Grad team as well as my own team. It was very well organized.
All the summer interns received presentation training, which was not only fun and interactive, it was invaluable experience. As well as this there was various online courses to take part in.

The Culture
The social scene was perfect. There would be drinks after work, you plenty of people to have lunch with.
As a Summer Intern, the accommodation was paid for my Centrica.
The nearest places to go out were London or Windsor. Windsor was only a 20mim uber.
There are lots of volunteering opportunities available as well as good sports facilities in the area (Egham/Windsor).
