The Role
This job offered me exposure to many different areas in the bank, and really fulfilled my expectations.
Considering that I was an intern with little knowledge about sales & trading, I felt valued as people were interested in me and my opinion.
My supervisor made the internship into the fantastic experience it was. He guided me, pushed me, kept me organised and helped me throughout the entire process.
On some occasions I had nothing to do but shadow employees and ask questions, while on other occasions I had a lot of work which kept me at the office late. This was a perfect balance which by extent offered me a true glimpse into life at work.
When projects were assigned to me, they were actually used by employees.
Presentation skills, knowledge about finance and general confidence has helped me greatly.
The Company
Very exciting and hectic.
Everything went smoothly, events were organised and training was comfortably added in our schedules.
We had one week of training, 8 weeks of internship. Throughout the internship as well, we had training events, and opportunities to meet more people who could offer us training and insight.

Company Parties/Events
The company worked very hard for me to get a job. The whole process was very personal and human.
The Culture
Great socialising between interns, great experience.
The City is expensive, but affordable.
Available but not amazing.
There was one opportunity.
