The Role
The job was busy but rewarding, I was able to solve some real world issues.
Good moral within the team and the company as a whole.
Wherever needed, my supervisor/ manager were willing to give advice.
Constant workflow throughout the year with multiple projects at the same time.
Lots, I would be set projects and be expected to deliver upon it.
Developed CAD skills but more importantly professional attributes and an increase in self confidence.
The Company
Great team moral with lots of jokes, whilst working effectively.
Little guidance/ help on specific topics such as CAD based skills.
Advice was available freely should I need it, however much of the technical skills (i.e. CAD) was self taught.
Subsidised Canteen
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Lots of room for development within the company schemes.
The Culture
Regular events organised with facebook and internal email groups.
Chichester is an expensive city to live in.
No nightclubs in the area, with a few expensive bars.
Both company related and relaxed social events were organised throughout the year.
