The Role
Was awesome and some great perks working in Xbox
Very much so, people felt confident in what i could do.
Everyone was very helpful and guided me in the right direction
Very very busy, but that was a good thing
A lot, I was able to manage my own projects and work on my own marketing plans for games being released
I learnt more in the first 3 weeks of my placement than I think i ever have before.
The Company
Awesome, it was relaxed, fun but everyone also got down to business when needed.
Was a great recruitment process and a great induction. We were well supported throughout the year.
I had a lot of induction training at the start of the placement, and then a lot of training on the job specific to my role

The Culture
Lots of other inters mainly in Reading and some in London. Plenty of opotunities to socialise and have a good night out.
Reading is fine costs really, not too expensive at all. You can even get into London on the train in 30 mins.
Was fine really, lots of small clubs and bars. Was fine to have a good night out but nothing special.
Loads of oppotunities with just other interns and other Microsoft employees, for sports and other interests.
