The Role
It's quite a relaxing atmosphere around here. You can do whatever you like, as long as the work gets done. You can play table football, pool, on one of the many xboxes, go to the gym etc.
Everyone in my team, from other interns to seniors, is very nice and helpful. You can ask anyone anything, you can't ask for more support.
I can talk freely with my manager. If I need help or get stuck on something, I can just go to his desk and ask.
In my type of role, there is always something to work on. You have the main project that everyone is working on but you can take as many projects as you can handle. Including ones outside your role.
I could work in every single area my team was working on. I had access to everything and, if I had an idea I could just do it.
Very useful. Really, the best life lessons that you get are from the real world, working on real projects. It gives you another perspective on companies, on different job roles and you learn how to talk to people from all areas of the business.
