The Role
I really enjoyed my internship because of the support and caring I have received from colleagues.
My colleagues respect my perspectives and value my inputs to different matters.
My line manager was extremely supportive and patient. He provided me with support and help whenever I needed.
Because my projects involve me engage conversations and discussions with different colleagues and therefore I have to work around people's schedules. Some times I was very busy and other times I have the freedom to arrange my schedule flexibly.
I was given a lot of responsibilities to handle projects all by my self.
I have largely enhanced my communication skill and stakeholder skill.
The Company
Very friendly and nice
The internship was very well organized with different interesting activities such as the lunch and learn sessions and the breakfast with our CEO.
I believe HSBC truly invests in its people. I was given lots of training materials and also the graduate program provides extensive exposure and training.
