The Role
Felt really welcomed into the company, meaning the environment was enjoyable as well as the work done.
I felt I was offered opportunities by colleagues and given the chance to ask them questions about their time here as well as getting to know them on a personal level.
We each had a counsellor who we met with several times to discuss how we found the different tasks, and any support we needed. As well as any questions we had about the role and future career options. I also felt managers were friendly and welcoming to interns.
I was busy and always had work to do but obviously some days I was more busy than others. However I never felt over worked or over stressed. I felt I didn't have time to do some of the extra learning and other things we were required to do during the working day so completed that outside of working hours.
I feel I was given a good amount of responsibility, not too much which I felt I didn't deserve but some times in smaller teams was given responsibility.
