The Role
Really enjoyed the responsibility and challenges I was given.
They treated me like a graduate and even had 1-on1 coaching with a director by being talked through conference calls.
I was able to book 1 on 1s regularly to assess my progress.
We were given a project on entrepreneurship which I really enjoye during my downtime.
I was given the same tasks as the graduates however I knew that it would be checked before it went out which gave me reassurance.
Having been back at uni for a short time I already feel that my time management has improved and am workin a regular schedule. The client responsibility has helped me with my relationship with my supervisor.
The Company
There was a lot of office banter particularly with the other 16 interns.
There was constant events and a training week which was impeccably organised.
Being the only intern in vat, it was clear from the outset they were training me to come back when I graduated.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Am very excited to start my career with Ernst and young.
The Culture
We had regular socials and a day out to hotels Thorpe park and a summer ball.
Reading was quite expensive as I was renting studen accommodation.
Good nights out a bit too messy though :)
Alhough the cricket team was oversubscribed it was easy to go out for a drink .
