The Role
Really enjoyable experience; I didn't want to leave!
They were always willing to help when I needed it, and also invited out for drinks after work.
I saw my supervisor once a week to see how my time there was progressing and to check if I was enjoying it.
I had some very busy days, whereas others were just right.
I was given some responsibility, but someone would always check my work afterwards.
I understand the basics of what they need to do for when I start, and some very invaluable Excel skills!
The Company
A very sociable and happy atmosphere.
Very well organised, no problems whatsoever.
We had IT training during out internship, but the firm pays for everything once we start.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Got the job!
The Culture
I social's for the interns arranged by the company were good, but the one's arranged by other intern's were quite poor. With regards to social's with colleagues in my department, these included a few trips to the pub.
London Bridge isn't the cheapest area! Found one bar which did half price drinks when we finished work which was excellent, but food was still quite expensive. Also cost £50 a week to get to work.
Didn't have the chance to experience it.
There are, but they aren't so relevant for internships when you're only there for 6 weeks.
