The Role
The whole department were fantastic and made sure i was looked after and felt like a member of staff as opposed to a student.
whenever i needed help it was offered, i was given work from different members of staff and always had a large variety of people to ask for help from.
I was given projects to work at over a period of time, allowing me to take lead on projects. always having guidance when required.
all of my work over the year was aimed at progressing my subject knowledge and it was very worthwhile.
The Company
in a large open plan office there was always people around to lighten the mood.
everything ran according schedule and i feel the organisation was brilliant.
any training and development i needed was offered and on top of the important anything i wanted to partake in was offered within reason
