The Role
I have really enjoyed my time at enterprise I would recommend it to anyone looking for a summer internship.
I feel extremely valued even though I am only a 3 month intern, I have responsibilities and tasks to do just like any other management trainee.
The management team are always there to help out with anything you need but they do like you to make your own decisions and think for yourself to help your own development.
Very busy Friday - Tuesday but more quiet on Wednesdays and Thursdays
I was given a really good amount responsibility and autonomy for different roles and taks and how well I performed at them.
The skills I've learned will stay with me forever both in uni and after I graduate, I can't thank enterprise enough for teaching me such valuable traits.
The Company
The atmosphere is professional and fun at the same time, we like to have a laugh but we never take that way from our customer service and we make sure our jobs are all completed before we leave at the end of the day.
The internship was well organized, the communication was excellent and the whole process ran extremely smoothly
The company invested a great deal of time and effort into developing me as a person even though I am only there for 3 months which is really great.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing, I am defiantly thinking of doing the graduate scheme next year.
The Culture
The social scene was great, one of the best things about working there wads the people.
I lived at home so not expensive at all.
Good night life, had a good area night out.
Not too many as you do work a lot of hours.
