Getting into the routine of the long hours and fast pace was difficult to start, but after the first week, time flies and your enjoying yourself!
The whole company from the general manager all the way down to fellow interns, are all treated like family. Every staff members is made to feel valued and wanted, with everyone being given the same opportunities as well as the same choices.
Even though the branches are fast paced and managers are always busy, they can always find time to give a few minutes to help with queries and support concerns. They managers are always so enthusiastic about helping you progress
Being busy is what makes the work fun, time flies so fast and before you know it the day has flown past
All employees are given as much responsibility as the full time employees, own areas of the business to work on and build upon.
Working for enterprise has made me realize there is so much more time in the day to accomplish things. My confidence has grown immensely as well as my personal skills
