The Role
I generally enjoyed the internship as I got to meet interesting people and continuously learned new things with the support of my team which always gave constructive feedback.
I felt valued by my colleagues and got responsibilities from the very start of the internship.
I always received constructive feedback from my line manager. He took his role very seriously and acted with professionalism.
Hours were quite long and the intensity of the workload varied quiet a bit during the day.
I was given responsibility from the very beginning from the internship. The level of responsibility increased throughout the internship.
The Company
The company provided us with a lot of extensive training at the beginning of the internship and organised several talks with senior people which allowed us to learn more about the different divisions of the company and what they have to offer in terms of career prospects
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
The Culture
There were some opportunities to get involved outside of work mainly through socials and sport events, however working hours did not really allow to take part in them.
