About You
Graduate recruitment were extremely friendly and helpful as we're all the employees. I have made excellent friends with my fellow vacation scheme attendees which improved my experience also.
In my departments I was given similar work to that of a trainee which made me feel valued. Also feedback was good on the work I did.
In the majority of departments I received excellent guidance and help when needed despite the fact my supervisors were very busy.
My time in the Real Estate department really built on my knowledge and put into practise what I had studied during my Land Law module at university.
The Company
Very well structured and excellently executed. The social activities were excellent as were the talks and workshops.
I could not ask for a more friendly and hospitable work environment.
The workshops provided excellent skills and really helped me improve my commercial awareness.
Very realistic view of what life is like as a trainee within the firm.
I had a good idea about the firm ethos which was confirmed during my time there. The friendly open-door policy is very useful.
I already knew I wanted a career in commercial law and the scheme concreted this.
Everything Else
The pay was good and was just enough to afford accomodation and travel expenses for those who live outside of London.
Partner lunches were very useful as were the social events.
Very good.
I managed to speak to a range of employees about their social lives and hobbies outside of work.
Absolutely. Most of my friends will be applying for the 2018 scheme.
