The Role
Very nice working culture - people are open to new ideas and very helpful. The company has quite a flat structure so it is easy to escalate ideas to higher management as well.
I was offered to stay as part time and was assigned with important tasks.
Typically managers are easy to reach out to and happy to chat about everything from day-to-day work to career planning.
It could fluctuate across time but it's a good balance in general
I was allocated with an important cross-corporate initiative and had the opportunity to present my findings in a big platform.
Helped me a lot in building up my business acumen.
The Company
People are friendly and there are many facilitates to relax too (eg ping pong table and arcade room). Many opportunities to talk to senior management and exchange ideas. Not too much bad competition or politics within the company.
There are structured induction to the business and people will follow up to make sure things meet expectation, and also help us to shape our future career path according to what we want.
There are internal training programs to get us up to speed and managers are supportive in different kinds of trainings.

Working from home
Started off a summer intern and was invited to stay as a part time intern throughout my final year of studies. Then was offered a full time position by the end of the internship.
The Culture
There was intern and entry level analyst events so it's easy to meet other people at similar job levels
London is unavoidably expensive but compensation was quite fair so it's not too difficult to maintain a living.
It's London so there are a lot of activities every night.
Many social and volunteering events organised by different committees. Also within teams there are different summit events which we get to meet members from other offices and know what each other are working on.
