The Role
It was very useful and practical - it really allowed me to see what working at Ernst and Young would be like.
Everyone was friendly and talked to each other.
There was a lot of support given, as well many different members from Ernst & Young to approach with questions.
I was very busy, it was a challenging and long day - I felt exhausted after it! May be a negative as it gives the impression working for Ernst & Young will always be exhausting.
Much more than I expected - the role play was fantastic and really challenged us all.
The skills were very useful especially presenting and challenging someone else's comments in a professional environment.
The Company
Some parts were great, other parts were very long such as the presentations. They are necessary but perhaps a bit too much information to take in.
Very well organised.
Ernst & Young focused a lot on each individual and how our different skills and backgrounds could be useful.
They are appealing although I was disappointed with the assessment centre stage and didn't get any further. I'm not sure if I want to apply again.
The Culture
Fairly good.
N/A we were only there for one day and we didn't have to pay for anything!
