The Role
Challenging, but very interesting and rewarding
Met some excellent people. A few too many loud-mouths though!
My group leader (Alex) was excellent
9-5 at least everyday. Play hard, work hard culture developed
A few presentations and feedback, responsibility was volunteered for rather than given.
Learnt a lot about myself and others.
The Company
Good atmosphere, relaxed and serious depending on the timing!
Rigid timetable, good events
Seminars and group leaders were always available and involved
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Got to an assessment centre, but wasn't offered a role.
The Culture
Very good, organised well by the graduates
