The Role
Very enjoyable, a lot of work, but extremely rewarding and informative.
We were made to feel like we would be valued members of the company.
Given lots of support as the whole aim of the Academy was to develop you as a person.
Very busy in the day, but did not nave any work to do in the evennings so could relax and enjoy the activities they put on.
Not a huge amount of responsibility, but it was a training Academy, sothis was never the aim.
I think I have developed many skills that I will take forward for life, having learnt alot anout myself in a short period and how to improve how I work and lead others.
The Company
Everyone there was very friendly, we were made to feel welcome, and I still keep in touch with many of the applicants.
There was always something to do, and the Academy progressed at a rate which challeneged, but did not overburden you.
Spent time in a fantastic hotel, partners gave up their time to speak to us, had a very expensive goody bag at the end.
Got offered a place at an assessment centre automatically on completion of the Academy.
The Culture
Yes, we all enjoyed activities together when the work eneded, and the general atmosphere was very friendly.
Free Bar, free food.
Kareoke at the hotel, but thats it.
Not appropriate for the Academy.
