The Role
It was really interesting, I met some awesome friends who I hope I'll keep for life!
Everyone felt so friendly and I could sak all sorts of really trivial questions without feeling stupid. They reallt made us feel like family.
The whole course was training to become leaders, each event and seminar was well put together, thought out, and really made us think.
We were doing everything from planning how to escape a bushfire to practicing african drumming - it was one of the best times of my life.
Not much, but it was only an insight three days. We had lots of responsibility for our personal development.
I know I've improved my confidence and am much happier talking to senior people now, my presentation skills are much better but mostly now I have a life plan and goal and know what I want to achieve from life, and I thank EY for that chance,
The Company
All drinks were paid for, we had Kareoke on the first night, everyone got on really well, and we had lots of team building activities to help us make new friends.
Perfectly - from the bar of chocolate we got in the post as a welcome gift to the iPod we opened in the taxis we got on the way home - perfectly organised and seemlessly thought through.
Amazingly - I've grown so much, both from those three days and afterwards by reflection on all we learned. It was a really worthwhile experience, and I'd reccomend it to anyone.

I did love EY but the course taught me that I think I need to do work that directly helps people to be satisfied, so now I am looking into careers in the third sector.
The Culture
So much fun was had - the free bar really helped but then again so did the fact that we are all driven, ambitious young people.
Everything was free and the meals were amazing!
The Academy staff did a really good job of giving us wind down time, and we also got to have dinner with a partner which was a real highlight of the trip for me.
There wasn't enough time - we were busy for all three days!
