  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • It was a great internship, where my manager allowed me to pursue 3 specific projects, and gave me guidance whenever I needed it and freedom, when I didn't.

    • My team certainly valued me and the insights that I was able to bring to them to inform their decisions.

    • A ton. All of my teammates were very eager to help whenever I had questions.

    • I definitely gained experience in querying and analyzing real organizational data. It was also great to understand the complexities of data infrastructure. This will help me with my next job.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • It was really well structured. I had weekly meetings with my manager to assess how I'm doing and where I need help. As well, my manager ensured that I had project plans with timelines for major milestones.

    • Super fun. I had a blast with my teammates and management!

    • We had weekly training sessions to learn more about the company, different teams, and tools that they used. Those were great!

    • It was perfect in terms of understanding what a full time position would be like, as it would be exactly the same as the internship.

    • Over the course of 2.5 months, I was able to understand the culture and fit right in.
