The Role
It was a real eye opener, very interesting
It as only a training scheme so perhaps not the best question to ask so I will put average.
Yes, the teaching and guidance was fantastic.
Very busy but that felt right, it was never boring or dull but you war occupied the whole time.
It was a leadership academy so in terms of actual responsibility very little, I won't give it zero though because they trusted us. They didn't have strict rules on nights out or whatever.
Excellent leadership skills, I use them every day.
The Company
Everyone was intelligent, proactive and interesting.
From the moment I got the information pack I felt all the 'glamour' of a big corporate firm that knows how to do events.
Essentially the whole programme was training and development.
I've got a summer internship with them and want to work for them the following year, I've not really looked back in terms of other companies since being on the placement.
The Culture
Yes, we all got on really well.
We didn't pay for anything, even drinks and nice meals out they paid for
We didn't go out.
Again it was only a leadership academy so not a great question.
