The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed the programme.
Extremely valued. This was particularly the case when working on deals. Furthermore, my team also made a significant effort in getting to know me.
I sat down with my team leader twice to discuss feedback. I found both sessions to be very helpful and constructive.
Very busy. However my team was very understanding and supportive in helping me get through the work.
A lot of responsibility was handed to me during the programme.
The skills as well as the attention to detail the internship gave me has helped me enormously with my University work. I also imagine that these skills will be useful and transferable for my next job.
The Company
Great atmosphere - very cohesive.
Very well organised. They were lots of social events and company presentations over the course of the programme.
A lot of time and investment was invested into my personal progress.
Subsidised Canteen
The Culture
Yes, all the interns got on very well.
Expensive area, as expected.
Good restaurants and pubs nearby.
On a few occasions, interns were invited to play football and other sports with members from the bank.
