The Role
The organisation of the event was amazing, very well though and challenging. We had an amazing opportunity to interact with employees of all levels of seniority (even partners!).
This was really interesting to meet all these different people who are focused on the same career you are and have the same aspirations.
We were really taken care of, we had nearly as much mentors/supporters as we had member on the course!
The day was really intense in terms of activities but it wasn't just straight work. Far from it! We had plenty of networking opportunities with the firm and with the candidates.
We were really surprised that they let us work with a client from a day one!
Even though it was only one day but it was a really steep learning curve as it was very different from what we had to do in our academic lives before.
The Company
Even though most of us were quite stressed as because the scope of the task we had there was still plenty of jokes around and everyone was friendly and supportive
Excellent, it was perfect amount of formal/informal activities. Even though the day was quite taxing but well worth it.
I couldn't expect more than I received. All my travel expenses were paid, I got food several times a day and even got some freebies :)
I have progressed to the following stages and got a summer internship in what I think is a perfect career for me!
The Culture
As we didn't have too much time to get to know each other as it was just one day but I stayed in touch with plenty of people I met there.
London is expensive but well worth it!
Only Ibiza was better than London for going out for me!
Cannot comment on this as this was only day activity.
