    • A highly rewarding placement, challenging and fulfilling.

    • My colleagues were supportive of progression and therefore entrusted me with responsibilities with additional support when required.

    • At the beginning of my placement my line manager ensured he booked two performance evaluations into his diary. During these meetings my performance and development were reviewed and by placement objectives re-assesed, thus providing purposeful targets.

    • I had numerous tasks to perform on a daily basis and deadlines to meet.

    • I was given a lot of responsibility which enabled me to develop at a progressive rate, and ensured my placement was a realistic portrayal of my future career.
