The Role
Loved it
Always kept me involved in what they were doing at a given time.
Everyone was very helpful from new graduates to MDs. I was amazed how easy it was to get a 20 minute chat with very senior people.
It varied a lot but I always had something to do or something to learn.
The more I did for each project the more responsibility I had.
They're already assisting me in my degree and they will certainly assist me in a banking career.
The Company
Brilliant atmosphere. Everyone seemed happy to be there.
Never had any significant issue
Lots of resources available
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Got a job with them
The Culture
Many of us went out regularly
The absolute cost is very high in London but the value for money isn't too bad
Fantastic, and I'm from Newcastle
Spent most of my time outside of work with friends or on my own, but I'm sure some opportunities exist
