The Role
Great atmosphere, overall great experience
Because I did the normal daily tasks, my work is appreciated just like my other colleague's
Especially in the first 2 months close guidance, afterwards I was set 'free' so that I would lear the most.
The further I advanced, the more I could do and the higher my workload got. All was within reasonable boundaries.
As much as the other Market Associates
Learned skills which shall be applicable to much more than just my internship
The Company
Lots of humor and fun involved, also out of office hours
Everything was arranged for and everybody was open for me, not everybody knew exactly what to do with me though
In the third week, 1 week of training abroad in one of the the European HQ's in London. 1-on-1 chats on a weekly base. I could join any online training I wanted to.
International Travel
Company Parties/Events
Positive, especially abroad many opportunities.
The Culture
Yes there was,
For a capital, reasonably doable.
Like no other
Couple of returning events, able to get involved in
