The Role
I have just completed my second placement at Accenture because I love it so much!
During my time at Accenture I was in charge of my own team with my own deliverables which was a huge amount of responsibility. Very beneficial for my personal and professional development.
The Company
This is hugely dependent on which client you get placed with, because you'll often be working in their office during the week. Luckily my clients have always been great and I have enjoyed being part of their teams.
Accenture really have this nailed - they've been doing these internship schemes for years and everything is very well managed.
Accenture have spent lots of time and money on professional and personal training opportunities, including paying for external certifications which have furthered my career development.

I can't wait to return to Accenture and take up my grad job offer! Career progression is often very quick here and the well established network of career counsellors guide you through the levels.
The Culture
Had a great group going with the rest of the 40+ interns and we would go out for drinks every week, and meet up when we were on out-of-town projects.
I was on 'out-of-town' projects at Accenture so they pay for return flights/trains, a hotel, breakfast, a generous dinner allowance and a per diem whilst you are in another city.
