The Role
I enjoyed coming to work everyday and every morning
They where extremely friendly and there was a real sense of a core team and there was always a helpfull member of staff for what ever you needed
I was always helped and I was always given any guidance on anything i was unsure about and anything i was worried about. If i was ever unsure about a piece of work or how to go about doing something at the start there was some one there to help
I would always have something to do and failing this I could ask for more work or I also liked how i could suggest ideas on doing things differently which would benefit others
I was given a lot of responsibility and I learnt the more my colleagues trusted me the more responsibility i got
I was able to figure out where I really wanted to go with my degree and it has set me on a path for the future. With the added benefits of giving me skills that are highly desirable by future employers
The Company
There was a really good sense of professionalism and a sense of friendly attitude mixed with fun.
It was organised to exactly how I imagined it
I learnt the more you wanted to learn the more they was willing to teach. I also received training throughout to get me fully fitted in my roll.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
I would hope that I made an impact which would result them highly considering me in a job application
The Culture
The social scene between the other undergrads was brilliant specially the 2 week handover period which you will see.
I did not live in the area due to commuting
the nightlife was good for a small town
There was for others who lived in the area
