  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I enjoyed working for such a big company and learning a lot of new things.

    • Everyone I met in the company was really friendly and made sure I felt welcomed.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?

    • I was given guidance at the beginning but then was trusted to do the work independently, but my manager was always contactable if I needed her and would check up on me weekly.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?

    • Weeks would vary...one week may be fairly quiet but the next week really busy. I had a lot of say on the structure of my day and got to choose most of my schedule, which I liked.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

    • I think I was given quite a bit of responsibility, I was allowed to do my own work without having to run everything by someone...but someone was always there to answer my questions if needed.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • I learned a lot of new skills I don't believe I would have learned at another company. My placements allowed me the opportunity to try a lot of new things to see what i enjoyed and gain a wide array of experience that will help me in my future career.

    • I found the offices a little quiet with people all working on different things/ different parts of the company...however I worked mostly from home.

    • I learned everything they had planned for me on the first day I started work.
