The Role
I was given multiple opertunities to excel my experience in the industry, with important tasks. Despite only being there for 1 month.
Everyone was helpful and friendly, including the graduates and partners not affiliated in my team.
I was given all the help I could ask for during my time at Cushman.
I had daily tasks as well as tasks to complete over the month. Meaning I always had somthing to do.
I was given tasks that would be undertaken by my manager. I therefore felt I was given a great deal of responsibility.
I feel my skills developed greatly during my time. I now feel confident going into a graduate job.
The Company
The atmosphere was positive and fun. Yet focused and work orientated.
I never felt I didn’t know what was going on during the month. I was given positive feed back through out.
The firm invested a lot of time into training.such as the induction day.
After experiencing working with graduates in the company I feel confident my time at Cushman would be successful.
The Culture
Despite only being 1 of 3 interns. We all worked well together and got on well.
I lived at home.
The nightlife is good in areas. However, did not experience much of it during my time.
Yes, we had a sports day and various office launches with my team. I also went for various drinks and meals with my team members.
