The Role
I found the placement very enjoyable. Both the HR team and the team I was placed in welcomed me completely and I was able to learn a huge amount.
I felt very valued, I was included in discussions across all business areas and they made a real effort with me,
My line manager gave me on the go support as well as lasting feedback after the placement
It depended on the day but I was always found work
I was allowed to deal under supervision with work that was given directly to the client.
Helped me massively giving me my first experience of the industry and encouraging me to pursue a career in the industry.
The Company
Very friendly
Well structured across working in own teams and with training exercises
Presentation workshops, career skills and hands on experience gave me great personal training
Company Parties/Events
Good prospects, being fast tracked through graduate recruitment process
The Culture
Very good amongst interns and team
Expensive but that was not down to company
Very good
Was invited to play both football and golf, as well as staff day out
