The Role
Great social life, company encouraged you to get to know the other interns and colleagues from my dept invited me to dpartmental socials. Work was a suitable as possible for an inexperienced worker.
I worked in a particularly challenging department, so considering my lack of training and experience, I was given useful tasks by my colleagues.
The company has a fantastic councellor and buddy scheme.
I was never overworked, however at times was left with less to do due to it being a quiet time of year.
It was difficult for me to be given serious responsibility as that would be bad practice due to my lack of experience.
I developed skills that will help me in my professional life and give me a headstart when I begin a graduate scheme.
