The Role
We worked together well as a team after an ice breaker and time to talk with each other to enable us to work effectively.
Group leader who was really chatty and helpful.
Busy throughout the day as it was a one day event. Given plenty of breaks however and enough time to complete the designated tasks.
Useful feedback from group presentation
The Company
Professional yet we completed the work in time and had fun with it.
Really well organised.
Lots of investment with professionals coming to talk to us, development as an individual as I could see where my strengths lay and the feedback really aided this too.
Very appealing as the programme offered a fast track which meant i went straight to the interview stage of applications and I have landed an Industrial Placement with the company as a result.
The Culture
Good interaction with colleagues.
Completed it in Brimingham which is quite pricey to live in.
Nightlife in the area is good.
From information I have seen yes there are some great opportunities.
