The Role
Got a real insight into the company which provided a great overall experience
All colleagues were really friendly and would go out of their way to help you! I never once felt stupid asking a question
Always available, always exceptionally friendly
Always given plenty of tasks to complete and although time management was a factor I never felt swamped with work
Communicated with the client individually when asking questions which was a big responsibility
Social skills improved, IT skills improved, excellent training from an excellent company
The Company
Plenty of socials which I attended, office lunches etc
Although at first there was a shortage of jobs for the interns this was only for the first week and after which I was fully booked on client work
Provided IT training, buddy system which included a buddy lunch, counsellor service to communicate any issues I had which I did not want to bring up with colleagues
After my internship I was offered a graduate job which I have accepted!
The Culture
All really friendly during induction week and we are all arranged an intern night out during the placement which was great fun!
Already live in Liverpool so not applicable
Went out in Manchester on a night out everyone had a great time
A few people got involved in football, golf clubs etc
