The Role
The work was challenging but enjoyable
They were friendly and made me feel like I had been there months
Help was avalible whenever I needed it. Not once did I feel that I couldnt ask a question
I was given daily duties and had different stuff to do for the rest of the day.
By the end I was soing a lot of the things without supervision.
I leant many practical skills which I have already used on my course.
The Company
Everyone in the office was friendly and had good craic.
Land surveying was new to the placement scheme, so i expected there to be a few toothing problems but on the whole they looked after me.
I felt that what they were teaching me was for the future of the company and made me feel valued.
Above 25 days holiday
Very good, they are a good employer which pays well and stresses the mutural benifit from investing in your future career.
The Culture
Could have been more but the work hours are long and commuting made it difficult to fit in.
Being London it was expensive but the good wage with travel expenses made it more than enough money.
London. enough said.
They talked in the induction about them however, I was never involved.
