The Role
Staff were extremely welcoming and down to Earth. Had an amazing time and would recommend it to anyone.
Very approachable and easy going.
Support before, during and after the event was, and has been, fantastic.
Very busy schedule with lots to do. Fun activities so you don't feel like you're working with a good range of social activities in the evenings to relax.
In some activities we were split into groups and had to manage certain activities ourselves to achieve a goal.
Learnt more about myself during the Leadership Academy than I have through any other work experience or career event.
The Company
Everyone was enthusiastic and willing to participate in all activities.
Very well organised. Any questions / queries that I did have were answered prior to the event taking place.
A huge investment by Ernst & Young into the Leadership Academy which no other companies provide at the moment. It was completely about us and not about recruiting us to Ernst & Young. They completely wanted to make us stronger leaders and more rounded individuals.

The Leadership Academy fast tracked me to the assessment centre for the summer internship scheme which I will be doing next summer.
The Culture
Social activities every evening and team tasks during the day.
Ernst & Young provided the accommodation for the 4 nights and all meals were provided as well.
Evening social activities such as karaoke, drum workshop etc.
Hotel facilities were available (e.g. gym) though there wasn't much time for this as the day was quite full.
