The Role
I have enjoyed my time in EY, the people were great and I have received a lot of support. Also the work was interesting and challenging.
I feel valued by my colleagues as they did listen to me and took my opinions into account.
I had an amazing support from my counsellor and my buddy. I honestly could not have asked for better support from them, they were truly amazing.
Depending on a client and whether i got allocated to a client. There were days, when I was not very busy as there was some messed up with my allocation to a particular client, however most of the time I was fairly busy doing a lot of client work.
I got given a substantial amount of responsibility and got an opportunity to participate in meeting with a very senior people, which was extremely insightful.
I believe that my skills developed greatly because any time i was not sure how to do something there was someone who carefully explained it and there was always someone to answer my questions.
The Company
The office at Canary Wharf is absolutely amazing and the atmosphere and the working environment was great.
Overall, the internship was organised well, however there were times when I was not allocated on any client, mainly due to the fact that it was not a busy period over the summer.
We have received a reasonable amount of training which was needed for performing our roles, however I feel that I learnt most of the stuff just by doing it, instead of any form of training.

I am convinced that the employment prospects are very positive, as you are studying towards professional qualifications and the opportunities for growth and development are endless.
The Culture
We were a group of very friendly people at CP so we usually went for drinks at least once a week after the work.
As my internship was in London, cost of living as well as cost of pretty much everything was extremely expensive, however the monetary compensation which we have received for our internship was more than enough to cover all the costs and maintain a good living standards.
Again, as mentioned in the previous question, London was extremely expensive for all the social events, including nightlife.
There were socials organised by the department as well as socials organised by fellow interns so there were quite a lot of activities outside of work.
