The Role
Nice Environment, Enjoyable experience working with the codebase directly. It was a fun working environment, everything that I required was made available to me.
I felt integrated and valued. I participated in team meetings and felt that my comments were valued and taken into account. I made personal progress on the projects that I worked on
There was not that much support from my manager, but I was shown in the direction of which paths to consider
Fairly busy with work. Working on a project at my own rate.
Quite a large amount of responsibility, working directly on the active code and seeing
Developed existing skills in c++ as well as learnt profiling of HPC applications, in addition, the various optimisations that were involved.
The Company
Generally Lively environment. Nice place to work. Plenty of ammenities
It was fairly well organised. I especially enjoyed the variety of opportunities that were available to me.
There was not that much personal training and development, but there was the opportunity to work on live code.
Sports and Social Club
Working from home
I feel like that I would like working here, but with the trend of current oil prices, I am unsure if I would apply here for "Long Term" development
The Culture
There was a variety of sports and social activities, but there wasnt that much more outside of work
I lived in my University city so everything was average
