The Role
Every day was different, lots of opportunities to develop personally and professionally
I was treated like every other member of staff, never felt like a placement student
Regular feedback and support whenever needed
Always busy up to something, however if the work ever became too much it was also possible to ask for others to help
Full responsibility, I was able to work with manager to meet my placement objectives such as leading projects etc
Feel really confident going back to university, it has made some of my final year modules easier to relate to by having real-life experience to refer to
The Company
Everyone was really friendly, in all departments! Always someone available to help you
The placement trainings and structure was well set-up, especially the on-boarding process.
Highly invested in personal training and development, there were several training days such as 'team building' and 'working in a professional environment'
