The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Adobe. I would certainly recommend this role if you are seeking a hands on role where you have the responsibility of a full time employee right from day one.
Worked in a team where I interacted with graduates all the way to senior management. Valued by every member of the company
With personal development sessions I could work with my line manager to make sure I was getting the most out of my placement and developing the relevant skills.
Although pace slowed varied during Christmas, overall the sales environment proved to be hard work yet rewarding.
High level of responsible. Creating strategic working relationships with C level executives. I would first point of contact for Adobe when discussing products with customers.
My level of business acumen and commercial awareness has increased greatly. My improved soft skills such as team work and communication skills will no doubt prove valuable for my future career.
The Company
Young, sociable, hard working team.
Dedicated sales and product training at the start. Clear targets and aims are set in terms of sales target as well as personal development objectives.
Time taken by managers to understand my goals and what I might want to learn more about in the wider business.

The Culture
Young, sociable teams. Graduates, interns and also full timers.
Cost of living high in Maidenhead and not much of a social scene. Reading and London close for more things to do.
Reading has very good nightlife.
Volunteering opportunities with local schools. Local area has gym, sports clubs etc to get involved in.
