The Role
It was great. Throughout the whole year I developed real business skills, making a real impact. Really friendly workplace where I learnt and developed so much. The company also has many perks.
I was contributing real Work for them, working on projects that will actually be implemented to the business. Very praising of my work and more than happy to lend a hand if needed.
They were always more than happy to support and help my development, or help if I was struggling with a task.
95% of the time I was always busy with tasks to do. There was just a small time at the beginning when I was still learning the role and the company where at times I had little to do, which is understandable with everyone’s busy workloads.
As I said I earlier, I was contributing towards real projects and working in a team. Not just doing admin roles for them. It was a great learning experience
My placement year is the year I have learnt he most so far. Increases your knowledge so much about the business world and how all departments work together and the processes in place.
The Company
Very friendly and chatty. But also got down to business and hardworking
I joined a new internship role and it ran pretty smoothly. Was a very welcoming and organised arrival and got to know the team well
I attended all team meetings with expenses paid for. Also, I got taken to the worldwide sales conference in Las Vegas which was an unbelievable experience for my development. Everyone was more than happy to help me learn new softwares or teach me further about the business

The Culture
An intern group was made and we all got on great and arranged regular nights out and events together
I lived at home so couldn’t comment.
Nightlife is lively in nearby areas being by London and Reading. With plenty of things to do
Lots was on offer, from football to nights out.
