The Role
An amazing day learning about the services Ernst & Young offer.
A relaxed day where there was no competition between individuals within the team which allows you to be yourself and to feel included.
The Ernst & Young staff present on the day were incredibly helpful and friendly. There was also a lot of them so you could almost always find someone to talk to.
It is a long day but a mixture of activities gives the balance.
The team was pretty much left to decide what we wanted to do but an employee was usually present.
The day uses many of the skills required and the feedback allows you to develop.
The Company
Very friendly.
Well organised.
They invested their time to allow you to develop your skills.
After only 1 day in their office I decided I wanted to work for them
The Culture
Very friendly team.
