The Role
Had a great time at the company, loved the environment and atmosphere.
Was given support at any point necessary
Due to circumstances, my oringal plan went down the bin. This meant that the amount of work available was not the level I expected and a lot of time was spent trying to find work than actually doing work
Invaluable people skills and business knowledge
The Company
Really laid back and professional at the same time. Never felt out of place and everyone was helpful at all points, can say that the company culture is one of the best I have experienced
Some hiccoughs here and there but overall a good job was done organising everything
As it is only an internship, this section is limited. However, Cavendish did their best to incorporate me into their culture and I felt valued because of that. I Never felt like I was below anybody.

I would very much like to come back and work there. The total work load may have let me down but the company culture, combined with their expertise in the industry makes them easily one of the best companies to work for and I would gladly come back in the future!
The Culture
Lots of graduates who were my own age and very friendly, they arranged a weekly badminton and there were often nights out/cinema visits etc.
Manchester wasn't the cheapest but I've lived in worse. Night scene is great!
Very good! Manchester has everything
